    If you’re looking for an easy recipe you can prepare the night before and eat on the go, we’ve got the perfect go-to overnight oats that tastes as good as it looks. Made with simple ingredients you can mix and match depending on what your taste buds feel like, there’s no better choice for breakfast, lunch or as a travel snack.

     

    Base Ingredients:

    Rolled Oats

    Milk – Almond Milk, Oat Milk, Soy Milk

    Yoghurt

    Honey

    Toppings

     

    Optional Ingredients:

    Fruits – Strawberries, Blueberries, Passionfruit, Kiwi Fruit

    Chocolate – Milk, Dark, White

    Spreads – Peanut Butter, Hazelnut Spread, Nut Butter

    Nuts & Seeds - Hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds

     

    Method

    1. Add oats, milk, yogurt, and honey into a jar or container that has a lid. Mix well and make sure all ingredients are incorporated well and close the lid.
    2. Place in the fridge to set overnight. If you want to eat them the same day 2-4 hours should still produce a thick enough consistency.
    3. The next morning or after 2-4 hours, remove lid and stir well. (Feel free to add more milk if the mixture appears too thick)
    4. Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
    5. Keeps for up to 2 days in the fridge in a sealed airtight container.
